_the fashion depart at the hull school of art and design selected three students to work on a poster for their end of year show_i chose to take a photograph at thornwick bay_the idea was strictly metaphorical_by taking a photograph at the coast i was suggesting the end of study through the 'end of land' and then the wide world beyond this_as it happened the image i used shows closure_the close or end of the course_combined with a strong typeface (citizen), i felt this poster stood out
