_branding and direction of a new tv channel which shows back to back episodes of a complete series/collection of popular programmes in
long 'marathons'

in length:
_despite popular tv channels, such as e4 and dave showing some great programmes, i noticed a niche in the market_many tv channels show
one or two episodes of a programme and then move on to the next one_marathon, a new channel, takes a series or even a complete collection
and plays all the episodes back to back in a single session (marathon)

_i created the brandmark and idea behind the channel and thought about how the brand could be promoted_i created a print advertisement
which would be adapted for bus stops and taxis; two places where there is a captive audience looking for something to read, and therefore
more likely to understand that there is a new tv channel about to be launched (in this case imagined to be channel 8 on freeview)

_i also decided to expand the brand into supermarkets by releasing brands of snacks and drinks, ideal for the marathon fan who would
buy the products in preparation to watch the channel_this would not only boost profit for the channel but would also help to encourage
recogition of the brand
